Ecommerce Orders Returns Policy

• Returns are only accepted for damaged / faulty goods.
• We must be notified of intent to return within 48 hours of receiving good.
• Goods must be returned within 14days in order for a refund to be processed.
• Return postage is the responsibilty of the purchaser.
• Postage costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be authorised within 24 hours of return of the goods.
• Swan Lane branded clothing is made to order and so unless faulty is non-refundable.
